However, if you are looking for a complete package, we work with several architects who can design you the perfect home to fit your lot. We also have many stock plans that you can choose from and even modify to suite your needs.

4. Our land or yours
If you already own your homesite, we can show you how to maximize its potential, from architecture and details to landscaping and amenities. We will provide an evaluation of the site to determine what is the best type of structure for the land. Or if you prefer, you can select from lots owned by Clark & Son Homes to create a true turn key custom home package.

Once we get the green light, we will assemble and coordinate a home building team that is unrivaled in the Clark County area.
